daed is archived. Do not use it.

Install daed from the Dae Universe repository on Fedora or RHEL.

Use the sudo tab if sudo is configured for your account. Use the root tab when already in a root shell.

1. Add the repository

Install curl if the system does not have it yet.

sudo

sudo dnf install curl

root

dnf install curl

The repository configuration file includes the GPG key address. DNF asks to import the key the first time it is used.

sudo

sudo curl -fsSL -o /etc/yum.repos.d/daeuniverse.repo https://daeuniverse.pages.dev/daeuniverse.repo

root

curl -fsSL -o /etc/yum.repos.d/daeuniverse.repo https://daeuniverse.pages.dev/daeuniverse.repo

2. Install daed

sudo

sudo dnf install daed

root

dnf install daed

The package provides daed.service; its configuration directory is /etc/daed/.
